Papa Tom's Market started as a joke on Instagram and has become what you see today. Hi. I'm James Cozzens, founder, and CEO. Papa Tom's Market actually started in March of 2021 when I discovered that you could make your Instagram account a business account and list it as a grocery store. So naturally, I asked my dad for a grocery store name and the Papa Tom's Market name came to be. From there I created the logo and decided that it would say Estd. 1941, which obviously is not true. The whole joke is that it seems like a real place. But once you learn the truth, which you may be learning now, you're now in on the joke and it is your duty to spread it. PTM (Papa Tom's Market) is really a gear and apparel brand that appears to be a local Baltimore Grocery to the unknowing eye. When you wear your shirt or sweatshirt or whatever gear you have, your spreading PTM. Encourage others to get in on it and then they too can be in on the joke.
